Wire Wrapped Earrings - Golden Rutilated Quartz - 14k Gold Fill
These gemstones are superlative - packed with lots of golden needles going every which way in a quartz matrix, and nicely cut in generously sized heart shaped briolettes. These are the last two stones I have that are this big and this well matched. I handmade and wrapped the frame with many feet of 14k goldfilled wire, then let the gems do their thing in the middle. These stones measure almost 9/16" from the top of the point to the bottom. Total length, including the ear wires, is 2 1/8", and the width is 1 1/8" at the widest part.
