Patricia Smith of Milwaukie, Wisconsin designed in the 1980's leather handbags, moon bags, with highly stylized lucite handles. The graphic art nouveau designs and the clever way she made the purses interchangeable add to the collectors desire for these unique leather handbags. This Patricia Smith Moon Bag is a creamy leather color with a flower design drawn across the lacquered flap.Unlike most of Moon bags, this vintage bag has a shoulder strap which can be tucked inside the handbag.Matching satin lining with excellent condition.
