Vintage Mexican Silver Cuff Bracelet
This vintage Mexican silver bracelet cuff is a fine example of some of the vintage Mexican silver jewelry we no longer see manufactured today. A sterling silver clamper with channeled abalone decorated with repousse balls, three on the top and three on the bottom with one additional ball at each of the terminals. These are not soldered on, but cut from one continuous piece of silver.
The interior circumference is 7 inches, and it is approximately one inch wide. The largest part of the design covers 3 1/2" on the wrist. Overall vintage condition is excellent. The bracelet is marked GP, Sterling and Mexico and is listed in Hougart's silver trademark book.
